I am Carlos Albert Perry IV. I traded for a nice little 1973 PA18 on balloon tires a little north of Fairhope, CA. Me and my family have absolutely enjoyed flying that plane since 1991. This is a really nice plane. I would endorse highly this plane to anybody. Metro Aviation did all the work our nice plane. That particular plane is really nice. I love our little plane.
